Description

The ultraviolet laser marking machine, featuring a 355nm ultraviolet light source, offer a much smaller focused spot compared to infrared lasers. This significantly reduces mechanical deformation of materials and minimizes thermal impact during processing. They are particularly suitable for marking on the surface of packaging materials for food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, jewelry, and other high-molecular materials. The marking effect is fine, clear and durable, superior to inkjet coding without causing pollution. They are also ideal for marking on flexible PCB boards, scribing, micro-hole and blind hole processing on silicon wafers, QR code marking on liquid crystal glass, surface hole drilling on glassware, marking on metal surface coatings, plastic keys, electronic components, gifts, communication equipment, building materials, etc. They are the preferred choice for customers with higher marking requirements.

The UV laser marking machine is a product in the laser marking machine series, and it is also a newly developed laser processing technology. Traditional laser marking machines use laser as a thermal processing technology, which has limited room for improvement in precision. However, UV laser marking machines use a cold processing method, thereby minimizing thermal effects and significantly enhancing precision, the probability of affecting the material has been reduced to one percent, and processing the material will result in better results,making it a major leap forward in laser technology.

UV laser processing is considered cold processing because the high-energy molecules of UV photons directly detach the molecules on the metal or non-metal material that needs to be processed.However, this detachment causes the molecules to separate from the material, and this working method does not generate heat.Due to its non heat generating working method, ultraviolet laser processing has become cold processing, which is the difference from traditional lasers.
