Our visual laser cutting system

We installed a 20 megapixel industrial camera on the top of the lightbox on the equipment. LED flat lights are installed on the top and both sides of the lightbox to balance the light in various corners of the workbench. This allows the top camera to capture clear images of the fabric laid on the workbench, generating high-definition digital photos to ensure more accurate recognition of graphic contours and fabric textures. Combined with the intelligent algorithm of JHX professional software, the optimal cutting path is automatically generated and cutting instructions are given to the equipment, allowing the laser head to perform precise cutting.

Camera -- using professional industrial cameras

1. Compared to traditional Canon DSLR cameras, there is no limit on the number of shutter uses, longer lifespan, lower failure rate, and no need for periodic factory repairs;

2. 20 million to 24 million pixel cameras are available for selection, with higher recognition accuracy;

3. Wide angle camera, with a larger recognition area of up to 1800 × 1400mm, and higher laser head processing efficiency.

Software -- A new algorithm integrating big data

1. Based on years of usage experience and the latest market application requirements, the developed identification and control software has further optimized its practicality and functionality;

2. Based on real-time scanning results from the camera, automatically detect wrinkles, stains, pattern textures, and generate the optimal cutting path;

3. Automatic compensation for material expansion/position deviation, dynamic calibration;

4. Continuous recognition, automatic feeding, and automatic cutting are seamlessly integrated, resulting in higher work efficiency.
