Description
The substrate of car airbags is more suitable for laser cutting, which is a non-contact heat treatment method with no mechanical stress and prevents material deformation (especially for coated fabrics). The cutting accuracy is very high, ensuring smooth edges of the airbag and avoiding the risk of air leakage.
Additionally,the airbag requires cutting installation holes. All laser processed holes are clean, free of debris, and discolored.
